Looking for new Housemate - En-suite

Hello, I’m Zerlin, currently living in this property with an other flatmate who will be moving out on or before 5th July as her tenancy ends. The room will be available from 5th July (move-in date can be flexible)

I’m looking to share this lovely 2 bedroom with a new flatmate as my tenancy is until August 2025. You can renew the tenancy with Oxbow if you wish to stay longer. (Expecting to confirm before end of June as references can take a while before move-in date)

Rent is £710 per person/ month. This en-suite room (shower unit) is furnished with comfy bed, bedside tables, mirrored large wardrobe and radiator. The flat also has a balcony, outside terrace garden area, free gym, rooftop terrace, 24 hour concierge and maintenance services, parcel room as well as free coffee station at the reception area.

Bills are not included but come to around £165 per month (council tax £82 + water £18 + electricity £50 + internet £15) depending on usage. Parking will be an additional £150 and have to be reserved with Oxbow.

You’ll be living with me (Zerlin), I’m a 24 year old professional. I’m very outgoing and looking forward to be friends with my new flatmate whilst also respecting their personal space. I prefer to keep the flat tidy at all times and expect the same too :)
