Hiyaa, me and my flat mate have decided to move out of this property mid tenancy due to personal reasons, and we are urgently seeking new tenants who could take over our tenancy which is until May 2026. You can renew the tenancy with Oxbow if you wish to stay longer.
Current rent is £1477 per month for the whole property. You can also buddy up with someone if you like to share the property with them and split the rent amongst yourselves.
The two en-suite rooms (one with bath and another with shower unit) is furnished with comfy bed, bedside tables, mirrored large wardrobe and radiator. The flat also has a balcony, outside terrace garden area, free gym, rooftop terrace, 24-hour concierge and maintenance services, parcel room as well as free coffee station at the reception area.
This apartment is located very close to the Salford University with two railway stations nearby and lots of access to public transportation. The city center is about a 20min walk.
Bills are not included. Currently we pay per head - council tax £82 + water £18 + electricity £60 + internet £15. This will solely depend on what service providers you choose. Parking will be an additional £150, and I already have a parking slot available which you can take over along with the tenancy.
