Hiyaa, due to personal reasons I'm urgently seeking new tenants who could take over my tenancy which is until May 2026. You can renew the tenancy with Oxbow if you wish to stay longer. You will be sharing the flat with my current room mate Georgia.
Current rent is £1477 per month for the whole property. The share for your room would be 738.5 pcm
The en-suite room (with bath tub) is furnished with comfy bed, bedside tables, mirrored large wardrobe and radiator. The flat also has a juliet balcony, outside terrace garden area, free gym, rooftop terrace, 24-hour concierge and maintenance services, parcel room as well as free coffee station at the reception area.
This apartment is located very close to the Salford University with two railway stations nearby and lots of access to public transportation. The city centre is about a 20min walk.
Bills are not included. Currently we pay per head - council tax £82 + water £18 + electricity £60 + internet £15. Parking will be an additional £150, and I already have a parking slot available which you can take over along with the tenancy.
The flat is available to move in by last week of January. Dates can be flexible :)
