Room has bed, desk, wardrobe Bedroom 3 on floor plan. (Bed is normal double bed width, but 3 inches shorter than standard double bed length I. e. 4ft6 by 6ft. Former 6ft tall housemate found bed comfortable but please bear this in mind)
The available room shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2 tenant (parking space also shared).
Open plan living room-dining room, seperate kitchen. South-facing garden. I have been living in the house for over 9 years so have most appliances/utensils etc that you might need.
Convenient location for town. 2 mins from the best old school bodybuilding gym in the country and a great women's pole and aerial fitness gym! Close to multiple bus routes for Manchester/Bolton etc (35/36/37/38/67/100/8/50/V1/V2/V4) and major road routes (A5603, M602, M60/62/56). Very convenient for Salford University, Salford Hospital, Media City, Salford Crescent train station. Shopping centre less than 10 minutes walk with plenty of supermarkets/amenities. Plenty of green spaces nearby (Duchy Road Park, Irwell Riverside, Buile Hill Park, Drinkwater Park, Peel Park).
Currently 1 healthcare professional/mature student, 1 young professional and 1 cat. This is a friendly, tidy, chill house. Main socialising together is catching up after work, Taskmaster & other TV, takeaway/going out for food, walks in the local area. Fans of kpop, dancing, and aerial sports :)

I enjoy living with people who share any of my values (the environment/social justice/recycling/clean air (respiratory pathogens and pollution)/BDS etc). This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly household.
I work in infectious diseases and would love to live with someone who is covid conscious and likes to avoid getting ill while still living life!
