Hi, I’m travelling South America for 4 months and looking to rent out my apartment whilst I’m away
Dates: 22nd September - 21st Jan

The apartment is fully furnished and has a great view of Manchester from the balcony.

Both bedrooms have a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe, the master bedroom has an en-suite and the other bedroom is opposite the main bathroom.

There are plenty of shops in walking distance (under 5 minutes), i. e. big Sainsbury‘s, Boots, Argos, McDonalds, KFC, petrol station, a JD Gym and plenty more.

Cornbrook tram stop, buses to the city centre and more all within a 8 minute walk. Deansgate/city centre is a 15/20 minute walk.

1 car parking space included in a secured gated car park. If additional space required, usually some spaces available to rent on the Facebook group chat if needed.

Looking for a clean, respectable professional that will look after my plants while I’m away!

Looking for £1200 a month for the whole apartment. Cheap given it’s a min and max 4 months

Individual rooms also considered. £600 each
