Located on Ordsall Lane, Salford and only a 15 minute walk into Manchester city centre, this recently decorated flat has a lovely double bedroom available from the beginning of July (all bills included). Formerly a ‘live-in landlord’ arrangement, I am now moving out and my flatmate will be staying and thus needs a new flatmate. Preferably working professionals, easy-going, respectful and tidy. The flatmate you’d be sharing with is a working professional from down south now living in Manchester, aged 24, male, and enjoys films, running and a social drink.
