Double Room with Ensuite in Salford

Hi! My names Amber and I’m looking for a flatmate to move in from 31st August as my current flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy. The room is a good size with a massive ensuite bathroom and a window that overlooks a communal garden and canal.

The building has a lot of amenities such as a concierge, small gym, roof terrace and a workspace with free wifi. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop which takes 10 minutes to get into town. The retail park is also a 10 minute walk away which has a big Sainsbury’s, JD gym and a bunch of shops.

Bills aren’t included but they are usually around £150 each per month. There is currently no parking space for our flat, however, you could get in touch with the estate agents or see if anyone is renting one out in the building if you require one.

I have a 9-5 job and work from home once a week so ideally looking for someone with a similar schedule. I’m very social and love to spend time with friends on weekends. I love to have movie nights and going for brunch so I’m hoping not to just find a flatmate but hopefully someone i can be friends with too so that we can do these things together.
