Hi!! I'm Ellie, 23 and a Master's student at Salford University studying Digital Marketing!
I'm hoping to now keep my flat on, as it is in an amazing location, extremely well kept, and very very modern. Located in the X1 The Landmark building on the 8th floor, it is a 3 bed flat with one ensuite and the other two bedrooms sharing the main bathroom, shared lounge/kitchen and balcony overlooking towards Manchester City Centre.
It's around a 10 minute walk to the University of Salford Peel Park campus, with Regent Retail park for shopping directly opposite and Tesco/Salford Shopping Centre a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. It is also a 25 minute walk into Deansgate and from there the city centre, so perfectly located, with also bus stops only a 2 minute walk down the road also.
I've really loved this property and living here for the last 3 months and so would love to be able to arrange tenants to takeover with me - tenancy starting 17th July.
The property is around £1755 a month total without bills, naturally split between 3/4 depending on number of tenants! The rent is split based on size of the room as well as the ensuite!
Council tax band at the minute is D, however can challenge this and also as student am exempt so having other students in the property would be amazing too!
A little bit about me: I'm pretty new to Manchester having moved here in January, and so I love to get out and explore, but of course love my own space at times too, normally to cosy down with a book or catch up on TV and films that I've missed!
