Double bedroom with an ensuite in Ordsall

The available room is a furnished double bedroom with an ensuite which includes a bath. The room has a bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. I’m currently waiting for my current flatmate to send me some picture of the bedroom and bathroom to add to the listing but I have a video of the room from when I first moved in available that I can send you contact me.

This modern flat is in a secure building with a concierge, a gym and a cinema room. There is a supermarket, a doctors surgery, a park and a tram stop all in walking distance. The council tax is band C.

I’m looking for a respectful, tidy, laidback, LGBT friendly professional to take over the tenancy from my current flatmate who is moving out. I’m open to people with small pets but no cats or dogs. Bills are not included and would be split 50/50.
