My current flat mate is leaving on July 15 and I am currently looking for a new flat mate. The flat is situated right by exchange quay tram stop. The room is a double room and comes furnished it also has an en-suite the rent is £525 and with bills it is around £680. The flat is spacious and open plan with lots of space to cook and prepare food if that's your bag.
A little bit about me , I am really into music, art and books. I am a very laid back person and I love meeting new people and socialising but also respectful of other peoples space and privacy. I love going out for food and going to gigs and it would be good to do this with whomever I live with from time to time!!
I work a four in four off rota so for four days a week I am barely home as I work 12 hour days. I would like to live with someone tidy preferably and someone who is easy going like myself.
