Hi all! 😁We've got 1 double room available in a brilliant 8th floor flat within the Middlewood Lock complex which includes access to a communal office space (perfect for working from home), another communal chill-out area, a cafe and a bar. The flat has it's own balcony too which is lovely for summer evenings☀️. The flat is right on the edge of city centre and about a 10-min walk into Spinningfields and Deansgate.

The room is part of a 3-bed flat with two young male professionals both aged 24 (working in marketing and sustainability)- very sociable, enjoy going out around Manchester, both play sport and love music. Perfect flat for another young professional or a graduate that wants a good social life in Manchester.

In your bathroom there is a bath/shower which you will share with just one other person who is very clean and tidy.

The price excludes bills and council tax (band G), this comes to around £130 pp/pm). Parking is also available although this costs extra and needs to be discussed with reception.
