Flatmate for 2-Bed Apartment

I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s tenancy as she’s moving in with her boyfriend in August.

It’s a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Salford, just outside Deansgate. It has 2 balconies too and a lot of light ☀️ Rent is £725 and bills are around £170 on top.

I work in marketing & I’m in the office 4 days a week. I also do content creation and floristry on the side 🌸 I’m really chill, I like to socialise & go out for/host dinners, have movie & game nights etc.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy & keep a nice energy flowing 🤍 I also have a cat who is really chill and friendly. 🥹
