The room is large and spacious with a double bed, ensuite, drawers and wardrobe.
This is a 6 month tenancy and the start date would be from the 3rd of July. The monthly rent is £566. Bills are not included but they come to around £150 a month. Other amenities include a lovely roof terrace, communal garden and a co-op attached to Block A. It’s a 10/15 minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop and also a 5 or so minute walk to Regents Road Retail Park.
