Double en-suite room, secure parking and balcony

Double ensuite room with secure parking and large shared balcony available. 3rd floor. Technically Salford but pretty much central manchester - about 5 min walk from the arndale. The property also has 24hr concierge available. I've lived here for just over a year and love it ! My flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to fill the 2nd room. The move in date is tbc but its looking like September. Bills are an additional £205 approx.

A little about me... I am 29, and a trainee physiotherapist/yoga and pilates instructor. I love hiking, fitness and a good Netflix binge. I love a good laugh but also deep chats and interesting conversation.

I'm looking for someone who wants to share a relaxed chilled out space. I don't really partay anymore so probs wouldn't align with someone out till 3am every weekend (no judgement just can't do it). If I'm honest, I'm a bit of a 'granny'. I'm up early ish and love my candles and chilled music. I work 8-4 mon- fri at a hospital south manchester. If you're spiritual we'll probs get a long but doesn't matter if not. I really cannot live with someone messy, dirty or inconsiderate. I'm not ocd - I just clean up after myself and like the space looking nice. I'm looking for someone independent who wants to be pals/de breif from time to time and maybe have the odd Netflix binge.
