Looking for a person to take over my tenancy from the end of August/September. Lease is until 2/02/25, but can be renewed if needed.
Located near the Salford Quays tram stop, a half an hour walk from Deansgate and 25 minutes to MediaCityUK, this is an ideal location in a quiet neighbourhood near the city.
Council Tax is band D, bills are usually around £150 a month, that's everything included.
There are two people currently living here however, the bathroom is only shared with one person.
