My current flatmate is moving out in September so looking for someone to fill her room. I’ve lived here for 3 years and really love the apartment and it’s in a great location so looking to continue living here.
Bills aren’t included and it is council tax band D (around 220 a month). All in all monthly rent and bills comes out at around £1000 ish.
The apartment block has a free gym, working from home space, free internet and no deposit.
Around 10 min walk from Manchester City Centre, 15 mins to Victoria train station.
Ideally looking for another professional to move in, I like to socialise so would be great to become friends as well as flatmates!
