Double Room Salford (Bill's included)

Hello!

I am currently looking for a housemate to rent out a double bedroom in a 4- bedroom house.

The house is situated in Salford, just outside of Manchester. We are about 10 minutes drive from Manchester City centre. There is lots of access to local trains, trams and bus links in the area. Just finished renovating the place a few weeks ago so not had anyone live in the house as of yet.

I currently have 2 spare rooms up for rent and have attached pictures of each. Both are large double rooms. The smaller of the two is £650 a month and the larger is £700 a month. Rent includes water, gas, electric, council tax and internet.

My name is David and I work as a vet, I’ve been doing that for about 7 years now. Im gay and live with my boyfriend Tom. I enjoy being social and just chilling watching movies, playing games, I go to the gym in my spare time and I really enjoy walking! My partner and I like to go hiking together and with friends when we can so if you’re ever up for that then come along! I enjoy meeting up with friends and family and going for a few drinks in town now and then too. I love to go on holiday and travelling. I live between this house any my partners house so will only be around part of the time anyway so hopefully won't get in the way too much!

Im ideally looking for someone who can become more of a friend than just a housemate. We like to occasionally have a few friends over for chilled nights, usually for a few cocktails and movies, and you'll always be welcome to join in. However, me and my boyfriend both appreciate time to ourselves and do spend a lot of time in our room too.

We're both settled and not looking for someone keen to have big parties or gatherings regularly, we enjoy a relaxing home atmosphere! Like to keep the house clean and tidy so would be looking for someone that lived the same way!
