En-suite double bedroom to rent

Hi ya! I have got an ensuite double bedroom to rent from Sep 2024.
The flat is at the Middlewood Locks, a short stroll to the Aviva Studio and onto Spinningfields, Castlefield and city centre.
I own the property but I spend most time in London due to work. So you'll have the whole flat to yourself most of the time. When I come back to Manchester (which is usually once or twice a month on average), I will stay in the second bedroom for the weekend.
All bills included apart from council tax.
I am looking for a non-smoker professional (preferably a gay male) who is clean, tidy and trustworthy.
