Tenancy take over

I have already moved out and looking for someone to move into the apartment in August. The room is already vacant so you can move in right away. I also left the very nice Ikea desk, gaming chair and bedside lamp for the future tenant! You will live with a lovely Female Master's student who will be a professional in September.

It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in M5. The available room is an ensuite bedroom. It is £1200 monthly for the whole apartment without bill, but with bills and wifi, for the two years I've been living here it's around £700 max total per person every month. A very strategic area. There's a Co-Op next to the building, tesco express is 5 mins walk. Around 6 mins walk to Regent Retail Park ( Jd gym, Sainsbury's, Boots, Home Bargain, TK Maxx and more).
10 mins walk to a tram station, 5 mins walk to a bus stop, 15 mins walk to Castlefield, deansgate area and 20 mins walk to town, 40 mins walk to Uni of Manchester, 30 mins walk to Old Trafford. But with the bus or tram, it's just literally few stops away from everything!!

It's a very quiet and conducive neighbourhood with good management and security.
