Room available to rent in 2 bed apartment

I’m moving to Australia and looking for someone to take over my room in a modern 2‑bed apartment.

It’s the master bedroom with an en‑suite, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. The flat has a great balcony view over Manchester and is fully furnished throughout.

In a great location - Sainsbury’s, Boots, Argos, McDonald’s, KFC, JD Gym and loads more are all within a 5‑minute walk.

Cornbrook tram stop is about 10 minutes away, and you can walk to Deansgate/city centre in 15–20 minutes.

There’s one secure gated parking space with the apartment, which is currently used and paid for by my flatmate. However there is free on‑street parking 5 minutes away, or you can rent a space in the gated car park from other landlords (usually £100–£120/month).

You’ll be living with a 26‑year‑old accountant — genuinely top lad, social, into sports, and always up for a pint or hanging out.
