About the flat: Bright flat with plenty of natural light, sunset comes in beautifully during golden hour. The flat is furnished with simple but cosy décor, and has great insulation so rooms stay relatively warm in the winter, saving tenants on heating.

The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe for clothes, and bedside drawers.
The new tenant will share a bathroom with 1 of the existing tenants, the bathroom includes a bath and shower has good water pressure.

Location: The flat is within walking distance of Manchester city centre, about a 15-minute walk away from Deansgate/Spinningfields. There’s a central tram stop a 10-min walk away, a retail park with a big Sainsbury’s/Boots/JD gym 5-min walk away, and the apartment building is next to the River Irwell which allows for a nice waterside walk to Media City (about 45 min).

Council tax band B (Salford City Council) – council tax has been included in the listed monthly rent.

Flatmates: The new tenant will be living with 2 friendly and sociable girls in their mid-20s - one young professional and one PhD student. We cook a lot and enjoy the occasional board games/craft night. We don’t party but like having friends round for dinner or a movie now and then. While we love chatting and spending time together we are also both introverts and do respect when we need some personal space and quiet alone time. We’re very clean, organised and split chores amongst ourselves during the week.

About the new tenant: We’re looking for female tenants, someone who is clean, responsible, friendly, and is able to communicate openly and respectfully with us. We’re both very open and progressive and will be looking for a new flatmate who shares similar values – LGBTQ+-friendly, respectful of each other’s beliefs and decisions, etc.
