Hi - I am a historic building consultant in Manchester and so I’ve got an old and quirky period house that I’ve been restoring for the last 5 years - if you like old houses and character!

I am less than 1 minute walk from direct bus services into Manchester city centre (only a 20min bus journey) and opposite the large Grade II listed Buile Hill public park. The house is also ideally located within walking/bus and tram distance to Media City/Salford Quays and walking distance to Salford Hospital

The house is 4-bedroom, but only 1 bedroom will be occupied by me and my partner sometimes, with only 1 room to be rented (the other two bedrooms are a store room and a guest bedroom) so there will be a sense of space and quietness.

The house is located within a good friendly neighbourhood who respect and look out for each other. It is therefore important that any lodger will genuinely fit with these values and is looking for this sort space to call home.

I’m a very clean and tidy person who’s very house proud - so a must is living in its someone who is equally tidy and respectful.

The room will be available at the beginning of November following an extensive refurb of the house including refurbished rooms, nee bathroom, downstairs shower room and communal areas.

This property would only suit respectful and clean/tidy house proud professionals, business individuals and people who value stylish and comfortable places and wish to share with a quiet and respectful house-mate.

I would prefer to have no overnight shift workers please as I am a light sleeper! Also please absolutely no smokers and no animals.
