The Flat:
•The spacious flat has a fitted fridge/freezer, oven and electric hob in the kitchen. There are lots of cabinets and shelve spaces to use - there are currently some pots and pans as well as utensils that you are welcome to share. We also stock up on any spices/cooking products as needed which you are welcome to use as well.

•There is a nice dining table that seats 4 in the open plan kitchen.

•The living room has views out onto the Ordsall River and has floor to ceiling windows so there is always good ventilation.

There is a couch and a pretty coffee table, alongside a TV table.

There is a washer/dryer in the flat.

Overall, the flat is amazing and amenities within are great - more than happy for the new tenant to decorate as they wish.

The Room:
This double room is an ensuite and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two beside tables.

The ensuite is equipped with a showerhead, bath and good water pressure along with a mirror.

About me:
•I’m very easy going and would like someone who is similar, is clean and organised, and helps with the general upkeep of common facilities and areas.
•I go into the office everyday so if you do work from home, you will have the space to yourself.
• I love a good night in and would be happy to make a new friend along with getting a new roommate.
• I'm a big enjoyer of books and love reading, also love trying out new food so am always cooking and experimenting.
• Do enjoy going outdoors for a walk/hike as well.
• I realise that people enjoy their own space and time so I do respect that and require some time myself to relax and rewind.

Other:
•We currently clean as per usage so the flat is tidy most days, hence any deep cleaning is usually not required.
•The bins are emptied on a alternate basis, doesn’t take long as the refuse area is right down the elevators
