Looking for a clean and friendly flatmate to share this flat at Wilburn basin located right next to the canal from the 10th September, 6-12 month contract available.
The complex includes a secure entry, concierge, garden area, gym, working spaces and a cinema room that are all free to use.
It is also in a great location, I can walk into town within 15 or so minutes and there is a retail park 2 minutes away with a Sainsbury’s, petrol station, a JD gym, along with other shops and I can advise you on the best parking solutions if needed. There is also a McDonald’s, a kfc and a co op very close.
Your room does not have an en suite however you will have your own larger bathroom included in the photos that I will not use.
The place is furnished and I have two tvs available to use.
I have been here myself for 3 years the estate agent/landlords are great and I currently love living here.
Bills are not included and would total around 150-180 pm.
