Double En-Suite Room by Deansgate

I’m looking for someone to replace my tenancy in my current flat! I am in the process of buying my own place so will be looking for someone to take my room around about the end of October this year, but can be flexible either before or after! You’ll be living with my lovely flat mate Molly ❤️ the flat is lovely and modern, fully furnished with a lot of appliances already there with Molly! It’s a King Size Double En-Suite room with plenty of storage and space for a desk!

It’s located in Middlewood Locks so only a short walk into Spinningfields/Deansgate/town.

Right next to Regent Retail Park which has a big Sainsbury’s, JD Gym, Boots, B&M etc.

There’s also a Coop right outside along with Seven Brothers Pub and a cafe.

There is a lovely co-working space just outside the building next to the Parcel Room where all deliveries go for safe keeping!

The whole place is gated with a fob to get in, so super secure!

I pay £922.00 per month currently and this includes all rent (£740) and bills. There is no deposit required 😊
