Double room Salford Central

I’m looking for a new flatmate due to my current housemate finishing university and relocating. I have a double bedroom in a very cosy, beautiful flat with a shared bathroom and living area. Really great location next to Salford central station (short walking distance to Manchester City centre). The property is Salford council tax band B. I work daytime Monday to Friday and enjoy going to the pub and chilling on weekends. I like to socialise and meet new people as much as I am happy in my own company. I like to keep the flat relatively tidy and am respectful of the boundaries of others so am looking for someone with similar values :)

The current tenancy ends 19th Jan and there is a chance I may look to move elsewhere at this point however there is an option to renew the contract if another person can take my place !
