If you work from home, we ask that you mainly work from your bedroom to help keep the communal areas relaxed for everyone. If the lounge is empty, you’re welcome to use it.

The apartment is in a secure gated development with lift access and CCTV, just a short walk from shops and the tram stop, with only four stops into Manchester city centre.
Everything you need is nearby, including:
* Gym
* Cinema
* Local pubs and bars
* Barbers
* Shops
* MediaCity and the Quays waterfront with its growing range of restaurants and cafés
Parking
The private parking spaces are not included, as they are already in use. However, there is free on-street parking on the road behind the development, and spaces are usually easy to find.
Tenancy
* £500 deposit (returned at the end of the tenancy, subject to the room being left in good condition)
* Monthly rolling contract for flexibility
* Ideally looking for someone who plans to stay at least three months
* Single occupancy only
* Working professionals, students, or anyone with proof of income or a confirmed start date are welcome, preferably over 21
