The location is hard to beat. Within 5 minute walk you can get to Regent Retail Park where you can find grocery (Sainsburys), gym (JD Gyms) & fast food restaurants (McDonald's & KFC) facilities.

Town is also easy accessible, with Deansgate being just a 15/20 minute walk away, and Aviva Studios being just 10.
