The location is hard to beat. Within 5 minute walk you can get to Regent Retail Park where you can find grocery (Sainsburys), gym (JD Gyms) & fast food restaurants (McDonald's & KFC) facilities.
Town is also easy accessible, with Deansgate being just a 15/20 minute walk away, and Aviva Studios being just 10. The flat has great public transport connections with Cornbrook being just a 10/15 minute walk away and can easily get you to the City Centre, Didsbury, Chorlton, Media City or any other venue or sports ground in the area.
