I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy, which ends on February 28th, 2025. (You will have the option to renew) The apartment features a double bedroom furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and side tables, along with a connecting large balcony. The bathroom, located in the hallway, includes both a bath and shower.

My current flat mate will also be looking to leave at the same time so if you have somebody you would like to share with please let me know and we can show you both rooms.

The apartment complex offers numerous amenities, including a gym, fitness room, cinema room, concierge service, parcel room, ground terrace, and roof terrace. Situated in the heart of the city, it’s just a ten-minute walk to the town center.

Car parks are situated nearby, and the property also has bike storage. Council tax is £120 a month, WiFi is £20, electricity costs approximately £50 a month, and water is £15 a month. I will provide more pictures soon as I’m currently packing.

Only moving because I have to go back to London, this is somewhat urgent so open to being flexible.
