I am looking for someone to join me in my lovely 2 bedroom apartment near Salford Quays. The flat is newly renovated, modern and fully furnished. I am a young professional (23 year old woman), ideally looking for someone around my age.

Our living room window looks out over the communal gardens, and the view of Media City close by. It’s a 10 minutes walk to Media City and Salford Quays. Close to public transport - 5 minutes walk to tram into Manchester or surrounding areas, bus stop outside apartments. Motorway M602 minutes away meaning easy to travel via car around Manchester and further afield. Close to Salford Royal Hospital and hospitals in surrounding areas. Bills included.

Fully furnished in all areas. Shared use of bathroom, with large walk in shower, double room with double bed, draws and rail. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher in kitchen. Looking for professional(s) ideally, someone clean and reliable.
