Double Room in Modern Flat (M3)

Hiya :)

We have a lovely double room available to rent in our flat, in the Filaments. We are a flat of 2 girls - 3 bedrooms in total. The room will be available from 1st September. You’ll be taking over a tenancy that will end on 1st July 2025 as our friend is moving in with her partner.

The flat is in a great location with lots of transport links. The Town Centre is a 15 minute walk away with lots of local amenities available (Sainsbury’s and Tesco are less than 4 minute walk away). The Filaments has a gym, a terrace space, and a workspace available to use any time which can also be reserved for free. Concierge are around 24/7 to receive parcels and be there for anything you need.

Rent is £650 per calender month with water/electricity coming to around £100 per month on top, plus council tax (if applicable). The deposit is £585.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables. There is an option for a desk if interested.

The flat itself is spacious with a communal kitchen, living/dining area and the bathroom is shared between two people as one of us has an en-suite.

As a house we're very chill but definitely sociable. We usually hang out in the evenings but also like doing our own things and respect each others privacy and chill time. We are clean and tidy and like to cook, watch TV and drink coffee and/or wine etc. We are looking for a non-smoker, although vaping is fine.

Caity is in her final year of drama school and Justine is a pianist just finishing her Masters Degree.
