I am renting a room out in my house. It has a 4ft double bed. The house has a lounge, kitchen, and single bathroom with a very large garden. It is only 10 minute drive from Spinningfields.

There is an Aldi 1-2 minute walk away and a pub at the end of the road. There are several other pubs further down the road as well as a row of shops with a barbers, doctors, off-licence, etc, and a park less than 5 minutes walk away.

The location benefits from having a bus stop only 1-2 minutes walk away which goes into central Manchester or Bolton, and easy access to the A6.

There is on-street parking and a place to park at the rear of the property.

I am a financial adviser so am in the office 9-5 most days and often work late due to client meetings. I enjoy the outdoors, as well as going for food, exercising and going out in Manchester on a weekend. I’m very laidback so the Ideal housemate would be someone who is chill and on a similar vibe to me, making it easy to get along.
