We need a replacement tenant for my son’s student room at Riverside Apartments in Salford. This is a double en-suite with a communal kitchen/living room. Tenancy starts on 7th September for 43 weeks (term time). Lovely accommodation with onsite gym, laundry facilities, gardens and 24/7 security. £240 per week including all bills. Many of campus accommodation now full. My son is no longer able to take up his place.
