Hey, my flatmate and I (22, 24) are looking for someone to move in as our other flatmate is moving at the end of September (could be earlier than date advertised).
The flat is in a great location, 15mins walk to Deansgate Castlefield tram & Cornbrook. 10mins walk to Regent Road retail park.
The room is bright with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers (there is room for a desk too!) Kitchen and living area is spacious with a juliet balcony. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the current tenants. The building also has a concierge and lovely mezzanine garden area!
Rent is £616.70 a month. Bills come to a reduced approx £90/£100 pcm as we rent out our parking space.
Both flatmates work a 9-5, working from home & in the office. We met on spare room last year & moved into this flat! We like to chat and hang out sometimes but value our alone time too :) it’s a great atmosphere and a nice chilled environment. We like to keep the flat tidy and a nice, calm place to be!
Just looking for an all round nice person who we can get along & share this space with!
