Looking for a quiet, friendly, respectful flatmate

Heya! I’m looking for a flatmate for the larger room in my new flat. Ideally someone who is similar to me and enjoys quietness in the home, is friendly, respectful, tidy, and accommodating. I have severe anxiety so it’s important that the new flatmate is understanding of this and respectful. I’m also LGBTQ+ and POC! I currently work late in the week and early on weekends. Double room with private en-suite in very stylish and cosy 2-bed apartment near Manchester City Centre.

The bedroom has a double bed with storage underneath, a wardrobe with a chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Room comes all furnished.

Kitchen is enough for 2 people so shouldn’t be issues with storage space. Oven, dishwasher, and big fridge/freezer.

Inspired on postmodern design, the flat provides a warm and welcoming feeling to anyone living in it and ensures a sense of comfort and relaxation.

All bills included (including Council Tax). Rent is £950 per month. 1 month rent to be paid in advance, together with an £950 deposit. Not any hidden/extra fees.

This is a chill house and been kept very clean and tidy, so looking for someone that appreciates their space and is respectful about both the flat and the other housemate.
