Room available at Slate Yard, Salford

My flatmate is moving out & I am looking for someone to move in once she does! This property is located in the Graphite Building of the Slate Yard. The Building has communal working areas and a free residents gym, as well as a private dining area that can be booked for occasions.

The room itself has an en-suite & a king size bed and comes furnished with the bed & drawers (desk is my flatmates and she will be taking it with her). There is a shared living room which is pretty spacious.

I work from home 2 days a week & looking for someone who ideally goes into the office as well and isn't fully remote. I love going to concerts & listening to music and checking out new bars & food spots.

I want to be able to sign the tenancy extension by end of September but please note that the official move date would be the end of November (may be subject to change with tenancy takeover)! If you would like to view the property, please do let me know :)
