I am looking for a new flatmate on a shared tenancy agreement due to my flatmate relocating.
The apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath fully furnished ground floor townhouse apartment situated at Middlewood Locks, a stones throw away from the city centre located just behind Regent retail park, with a Co-op, Se7en Brothers Brewhouse and coffee shop.
Flatmate will be expected to be able to go through all the credit checks by the leasing company to be added onto the tenancy and may be requested to have a guarantor. expected to be earning £30,000 a year.
Rent is £755 per month plus bills, around £110 each and then council tax, broadband is included for free. Council tax band C.
The apartment is fully kitted out and maintenance managed, you will not need to bring anything for the living room or kitchen. large fridge & freezer, built in oven & microwave, induction hob, washer & dryer.
The bedroom comes with king size bed, wardrobe and storage, then own bathroom with bath and shower. On the pictures current flatmate has moved the bed from where the headboard is (far left side)
I am a professional working in the hospitality industry who does not drink, I like to keep a clean space and to relax and cook whilst at home. Ideally would be a female flatmate but open to discuss all options.
