Hi there! I’m currently looking for a flatmate to take over my current flatmates tenancy (from 1st of November). The flat is located in Salford, on Chapel street, super central, 15 mins walk from Market street, Arndale and all city centre amenities. Rent is currently £600 excl. bills (around £150 for electricity and council tax). Good size room with own bathroom. Salford central train station is on the other side of the road. Attaching pictures from inventory as the flatmate is currently packing up and it’s a bit messy, don’t wanna scare you off!
I’m 30, young professional, like peace and quiet, extremely clean and tidy. I'm out most of the time living life, I love wine and I’m bubbly and social, aside from cooking a killer lasagna. I also respect privacy and I'm pretty much a ghost when at home, wouldn’t mind to find someone on the same wavelength to build a good relationship with!
