My friend is moving out with her boyfriend end of November so I need someone to fill her spot to keep this gorgeous apartment! The rooms are equal and very large with their own modern en-suites (with bath & shower & massive mirror) the kitchen/living area is spacious too , very modern and always clean and tidy. We have a balconette which gets a great sunset view which gives us a gorgeous golden hour.

I’d love to move in with a single girly like myself as I’m not crazy about having boys in my space all the time

The price I have uploaded is including everything you could think of rent is only £545 each but with Electric , WiFi , Water and council tax (£150) it ends up around 750 each month.

We are a 5 minute walk from a co-op , 10/15 min walk from a big Sainsbury’s & regent retail park (great for charity shop mooching & home bargain buys)

The flat is also a 15 min walk from both Exchange Quay tram stop & Cornbrook tram stop so it’s very easy to get into town , plus the walk isn’t too long either.

About me : I am 22 , I’ve got a little house rabbit but she’s always stayed in my bedroom so it shouldn’t be a problem if you aren’t keen. I drink occasionally but not a crazy amount - maybe like twice a month or something , I have a creative job and love to do creative activities for fun & I also love hikes (despite how hard it is to actually get to one without a car)
I love to keep my space girly and boy-free. I work from home Monday & Friday so I’ll be home working on those days & I’m off weekends!

Finally a couple of perks! We have a gym we can access 24/7 in the building and it’s pretty much empty any time other than 6-8pm on a work day , and we also have (my personal favourite) a cinema room which you can book out - me and my friends like to book it out for free and have movie Sundays if we have a had a drink the night before.
