Hello! I'm looking for a female, ideally a professional, to take over my spot in our wonderful ground floor flat. It’s a peaceful, friendly, and clean space that I’m sad to be leaving!

The Flat:
This ground-floor gem is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The available room comes with a large built-in wardrobe, two bedside tables, and under-bed storage—perfect for keeping your space organized and clutter-free. The flat itself is kept in great condition, and we have a weekly rota to ensure everything stays clean and tidy.

The location is incredibly convenient—right by the canal, with a Co-Op next door (open till 11 PM) for all your essentials. It’s just a 10-minute walk to a Retail Park and large Sainsbury’s, and only 15 minutes walking from town, making it easy to get around.

Your Future Flatmate:
You'll be living with a lovely female professional who works as a Risk Consultant. Despite the serious job title, she’s super down-to-earth, loves a good chat, and enjoys hanging out in the living room. While we love being social, we keep the heavy partying outside, so this home remains a peaceful retreat.

Ideal Flatmate:
We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and easy-going. If you're social but prefer to unwind at home without wild parties, you’ll fit right in!
