Room Available for Flatshare!

Hey! I’m looking for a flatmate to share my spacious and modern flat in a brand-new building that opened in March. I’ve just moved in this July, so we’ll be among the first to live here.

The available room is a great size with a private bathroom just opposite. The flat is mostly furnished, except for your room and bathroom, so you’d only need to bring your own furniture for those. The rest of the flat, including a fully furnished living area, is ready to go!
The building is passivhaus, and majority of the devices are smart.

A bit about me: I’m a UX designer working from home (I’ve got my desk in my room), so I’m looking for someone who ideally doesn’t work from home full time. I’m laid-back, super clean, and love to bake – so there will definitely be some homemade cakes coming your way!
I enjoy eating out, gym sessions, self-care, and fun social gatherings, but also love chilled nights in with a glass of wine, some good music (Taylor Swift on my record player, anyone?), and great conversation. I’m hoping to find someone who is tidy, considerate, a working professional, and preferably female – but also someone who’s up for becoming more of a friend than just a flatmate!
