Hi! My name is Lucien, and I am currently looking for a male, vegetarian/vegan student/professional to fill the second bedroom in my flat on Calico Close (M6) for the next year, available immediately.

The room is a fully furnished single (Including a new bed, desk, wardrobe, and shelves) with plenty of natural light.



The flat is a newly refurbished two-bedroom, with a brand new bathroom, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer. It has a very spacious feel and benefits from new double-glazed large windows throughout and laminated floors. It is on the ground floor. The flat also has an open-plan living/dining area with a television.



It is well located on Calico Close, within a 20-minute walk to city centre and a 15-minute walk to University of Salford, and Salford Crescent Railway Station. There is also a parking space outside the flat. It is an ideal location for students, and for professionals.


I am currently a final-year student at the University of Salford and am into music and traveling and all things creative, so someone who shares my interests would be great. I am also a vegetarian, and have been a vegetarian all my life so would prefer to keep the flat a meat-free home. I would like to live with someone I can get along well with, who enjoys going out and having a good time, but also staying in and relaxing with a beer. Of course, someone who is clean and tidy as well as respectful of my space is important too.
