It is a 3 bedroom terraced house. The house is less than 10 minutes walk to Salford University, close to Salford shopping center, and close to Manchester city center (10 minutes by bus). It is also close to Salford Crescent station (5 minutes walk), and 10 minutes by bus to Salford Quays.

Ground floor includes a living room and a dining kitchen, two double bedrooms are on first floor sharing a bathroom. A single bedroom is on the second floor, it has its own bathroom (separate, not ensuite). The bills are included (except the council tax, the landlord needs to register tenants with the city council, city council will issue the council tax bill to tenants, if you are a student you can have a council tax exemption certificate, by providing this the council will waive the council tax, this property's council tax band is A).

The single room will be available from the 1st January 2026. Students from University of Salford would benefit from the location as it is very close to the university
