Room available in a perfect apartment

Hi! I’m Delfim, 29 years old, and a “young”professional.
I’m looking for someone to move in mid-October since my current flatmate is moving out and share my apartment in a building with concierge, gym, and all amenities close by, just 5-10 minutes walking distance from Manchester city centre. It’s a double room and you’ll have the main bathroom for yourself.
I’m a laid-back person, into sports, travelling, and relaxed nights. I also enjoy having friends over occasionally and going out for dinner or drinks.
I sometimes work from home, but only a couple of days a week.
