It’s a 2 bed 1 bath ground floor apartment in a quiet area. The other girl is a student. She is friendly, clean and respectful and ideally looking for someone similar.
The photos are from the old tenant who is currently in the apartment. The house is available from 24th Sept.
Can share video since I don’t have direct access to the property yet.
Ps. Need someone URGENTLY ready to start referencing process IMMEDIATELY. The holding deposit is already paid so you’ll just need to refund it and you pay the deposit.

*Bills not included and can’t estimate. I have not lived in the property yet
