Double room in spacious flat

Hi there! My name's Alex and I'm moving out of my double room in a 3 bed flat. The location is great if you are at Salford uni, it's about 15/20 mins walk away. Mmu and uni of are about 35/40 min walk but there's also a bus stop 5 mins walk away. I'm moving in with a friend so saying goodbye to this lovely flat.

About the flat- it's on the 8th floor with lovely views and gets a beautiful sunset. There's a balcony and a spacious open kitchen living room. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The flat is very modern, and is fully furnished. The room itself is the smaller of the three but still lots of space and has loooaads of storage. The location is great, right next to a retail park with shops and supermarket, 15 min walk into deansgate, 20 mins walk to cornbrook tram stop, there some pubs and restaurants near by too (the seven brothers at middlewood lock is a fave of ours). There is a secure underground car park in the building which is £100 pm but there is also street parking around the building and I've always found a spot out there

About the housemates - you'll be moving in with Ellie (23) studying her masters in digital marketing at Salford, and Dominika (21) studying her pgce at mmu. Both girls and lovely, tidy and respectful and want the flat to feel homely and welcoming.

New housemate preference - a 'mature' student, either studying masters or in final year, and looking for a female to take over (sorry guys). Professionals welcome to message but you would be responsible for council tax.

The room is available from 19th September, so looking for someone to take over asap. It is a tenancy takeover and there's 4 months left on the contract but both housemates are looking to renew for another 6 months after that. The deposit will be transferred into your name but would need to be transferred to me, once you're on the contract.
