Furnished en-suite room - 10 min walk to Arndale!

Hey there,

I'm Craig and looking to rent out the spare room in my apartment, located just on the outside of the city (Blackfriars). Move in date preferred November 11th onwards however earlier could be a possibility. I'm not looking for a long-term situation and so this would suit a short-term arrangements only. It's a short 10 min walk to the Arndale and so ideally situated to be close to everything yet not directly in the middle of it all! All bills included and it will be your responsibility to add yourself to the council tax/electoral role.

I work from home and the city, and so I'll be around a lot throughout the days & evenings, and keep things nice and chilled at all times. This is my apartment & home, which I keep neat & tidy.

The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, a double wardrobe + single wardrobe, desk & chair. You'll have your own en-suite shower & toilet, as I have my own bathroom too. I do have the bath, and I wouldn't mind allowing usage of this at times if you wanted.

I'm vegan, but not so much bothered if you aren't. Though I'd appreciate that this is at least respected in terms of hygiene & cleanliness. You'll share half the fridge freezer with me.

I'd like (and to be honest, will only...) share my apartment with someone respectful. This includes noise, cleanliness and just generally being a nice person. It'd be great if a friendship is possible, but equally, just being friendly if you're a quieter type we can keep ourselves to ourselves.

You're of course welcome to have guests around, but I will kindly reiterate that respect is non-negotiable at all times.

I'm super easy going and take pride in the apartment. Whilst I like to enjoy myself out and about, this apartment is not a 'party house' though if we get along, it'd be great to socialise with each other whether that's chilling out in the evenings or enjoying the city.

The room is ideal for a student on a short-term basis.
