Room in a 2 bed flat available to rent

I’m looking to rent the spare room in my apartment out Monday to Friday.

The flat has been recently furnished and decorated, offering an excellent space for 2 people.

All bills included.

The living room and bathroom are shared areas between myself and the other room.

The flat is located canal side and is a 15 minute walk to Deansgate one way and a 15 minute walk to Salford Quays in the other direction.

1 parking space is available Monday to Friday as I sometimes work away this shouldn’t be an issue.

There is a concierge desk where all deliveries are taken.

A little about me: I’m a 25 year old young professional working in the construction industry, looking to rent out a spare room in my modern apartment. I’m easy going and enjoy a good balance between socialising and respecting personal space. During the week, I’m usually busy with work, but in my free time, I enjoy fitness, going out and exploring the city! I’m hoping to find a friendly, like minded person who’s responsible and respectful and who values a calm and cozy home.
