6 month contract to begin on 1st Jan 2024. Option to extend after this, but would like to begin on 6 month contract to ensure compatibility. Also, option to move sooner and pay current room occupier rent until January, let me know if this is something you’d be interested in and we can discuss possibilities. Bills are around £185 a month currently.

I’m a 26 year old professional working in the fashion industry. I’ll work from home 2 days a week and mostly spend my evenings at yoga or Pilates. My boyfriend stays a few times a week and is a lovely bloke, working as a firefighter in Greater Manchester. I rarely go out now and fear my partying years are behind me. Looking for someone who thinks they’d be compatible with this lifestyle! Not against people who still enjoy going out, as long as done so respectfully (I’m a pretty heavy sleeper too). I travel with work so there will be weeks where you have the flat to yourself. FYI, I look after my Dad’s 2 miniature poodles every May for a fortnight, let me know if this would be an issue. They’re house trained, tiny and incredibly cute.
