The room is a stunning double bed room in the 28th floor of a high end apartment block. The apartment is located a 2 minute walk from the centre of Manchester. It includes a Gym, free coffee, a cinema room and penthouse work space.
The room comes fully furnished, as does the their apartment. You will also have solo use of a large bathroom as I have an en suite.
Rent is £850 a month with WiFi included. Council tax and electric will bring the total monthly cost to around £1000.
As for me, my name is Rob, I am 27 and work in travel. I enjoy sports ( watching and playing), gaming and i am also a big swiftie. I am away most weekends seeing friends, but looking for a friend as well as a flatmate.
