Spacious double en suite room - Amazing location

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over the other room in the flat as my current flatmate is moving out in November.

It's in the super modern and nice Empyrean buildings, the room itself is a very spacious double room with a huge ensuite and a bath. It comes fully furnished with a large wardrobe and 2 bedside cabinets. The living room you'll share with me is fully furnished, I have a brand new 50-inch TV and lots of bits for the kitchen. There is a decent-sized balcony which overlooks a park and has views of the city centre, it gets the sun all day as well! There is secure parking included which is included in the price but if you don't need it then the rent will be £50 cheaper!

A bit about me, I'm a freelancer in the film/TV world so I don't work from home but when work isn't busy I'm at home a lot more. I enjoy cooking so expect some tasty meals (hopefully), I like football and movies and I love a trip to the cinemas. I do travel quite a bit as well. I'm always game for a night out but I love my chilled nights in with a few beers or a bottle of wine just as much.

I'm looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate. Ideally looking for another professional with similar (ish) interests and ideally hopefully a friend as well as a flatmate.
