### About Me:
I’m a doctor working in local clinic. You’ll often find me enjoying Netflix, reading a book, or listening to classical music. I love Taylor Swift, but I promise not to play it too early if you're not an early riser! My evenings are usually spent relaxing in the reading area, the snug, or sipping some cacao on the floor. I enjoy cooking, Persian dishes, and I’m into gyming, hiking, and cycling. While I like to enjoy a few beers/G&T now and then, I’m definitely past the party phase of life with occasional parties now and then.

### Looking for a Housemate:
I’m searching for a respectful housemate who appreciates alone time and personal space. This home is a peaceful retreat after a long day, so being considerate and tidy is important. If you love to party and come home late, this might not be the right fit for you.

- **Deposit**: £600 (paid upfront, fully refundable at the end of your stay as long as there’s no deliberate damage)
- If you decide to leave, just give me 4 weeks' notice, and I’ll gladly return your deposit. I really want you to feel comfortable and at home here.,
