A bit about me, I'm a doctor and my clinic is local. Love netflix, spending time on the armchair reading with classical music on and Ring of Power. I love Taylor Swift but if you don't wake up as early as me, I will not play it early mornings. I love spending evening time at my home in the reading space or in the snug or sat on the floor drinking some cacao. This house is as peaceful as it can get. I enjoy cooking and at times improvise Persian food. I am big on gyming, hikes and cycling. I enjoy a few beers occasionally but I am well passed the party chapter of life. I hope you are too.

The house is an excellent refuge after a long day so being considerate and tidy is a must. If partying and coming home drunk is your thing, the house is not for you.

Deposit is £600 paid upfront. Deposit will be returned fully at the end of tenancy as long as there are no deliberate damage.
